Bhujangasana

Bhujangasana is one of the beneficial types of asanas or postures that you could include in your yoga routine. Bhujangasana focuses on the spinal region of the human body.
STEPS:
- Lay flat with face down position on the floor
- Place your hands on the floor parallel to shoulders
- Raise the upper part of your body while applying pressure on the floor with your hands
- Keep your legs firmly touched to the ground
- For deep stretch, you will have to open up your legs.
Some Tips:
You should keep the following tips in mind before performing Bhujangasana:
- Don't put too much pressure on your hands.
- Let go, if you find it discomforting to hold your body in the Bhujangasana posture.
