DIET TIPS
- Consume fresh, nutritive and appropriate food

HERBAL TIPS
- Lodhra, dhanyaka and vacha with water
- Paste of ashwagandha, chandana, manjishta and Yshtimadhu with water
- Paste of lentil with curd and a few drops of neem oil
- Make a paste of haridra and chandana and apply on face
AYURVEDIC TIPS
Kumkumadi oil, Nimbadi oil, Chandanadi lepa, Manjisthadi vath, Aloe vera pulp, Haridrakhand, Arogyavardhini, Regular menstruagtion and keep bowel free
HOME TIPS
Use mix of Besan, turmeric powder, masur dhal powder with curd of tomato pulp.
